It is committed to advancing our region’s economic vitality and quality of life through the provision of strong leadership and through the formation of dynamic organizational and community partnerships.

Foster Economic Growth & Attract Tourism:

Continue formal and informal relationships with city officials and executives

Expand and continue bringing opportunities to showcase the community of Leander

Bring funds into the city via tourism and event activities

Focus on business retention

Workforce Development:

Partner with and support Leander ISD and ACC

Provide educational seminars

Initiate and track job and workforce development statistics in Leander

Cultivate Community Leaders:

Continue to lead Leadership Leander

Ambassador Program

Host Micro Groups

Provide committee

Ensure Financial Stewardship:

Evaluate and recommend sound investment practices to ensure a strong financial future for the chamber

Hire and outside firm to review practices and financial statements
